Seth Babington, PT, DPTSeth Babington, owner and president of Clarion Rehab Services, is a physical therapist who leads his exceptional team by example. Since purchasing the company in 2017, Seth continues to work as a physical therapist treating patients at the Clarion outpatient clinic, Clarion hospital, Semeyn Family Practice (New Bethlehem clinic), and the aquatic therapy clinic located in the YMCA.
After spending over 20 years practicing physical therapy, Seth understands what it takes to help patients recover from pain or injury. He considers himself a "generalist" who treats all types of patients with a variety of conditions such as concussions, low back pain, orthopedic injuries, joint replacements, strokes, and vestibular disorders to name a few. Seth finds it personally rewarding to use his education and professional skills to help someone through his or her rehabilitation process. Seth earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Sport Science from Slippery Rock University in 1995 and his Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Wheeling Jesuit University in 1997. Seth then went on to receive his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Wheeling Jesuit in 2008. In his free time, Seth enjoys spending time with his family and friends, mountain biking, exercising, going to the beach and amusement parks with his family, and hosting cookouts. |
Sara Allaman, COTA/L
Sara Allaman earned an Associate of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Penn State DuBois in December 2023. Promptly following graduation, she began working at Clarion Rehab.
Sara enjoys giving back to the community by providing top-notch care. She has always loved the idea of assisting others to become independent - helping them adapt their environment to remain able to participate in their favorite daily activities. In her spare time, Sara loves to cook, go hunting and fishing, and spend time with family and friends. She especially loves to go pheasant hunting with her boyfriend and laborador retriever. Sara is proud and ecstatic to be part of the CRS team and to help clients and family members participate in their meaningful activities. |
Makenzie Beels, MS, CCC-SLP
Makenzie Beels, MS, CCC-SLP, earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology in May 2019 with a minor in Special Education and Music. She also earned a Master of Science in Speech Pathology in December 2020 from Clarion University of Pennsylvania. She joined the Clarion Rehab team in 2021. Makenzie is excited to gain experience with the tight-knit Clarion community. She is passionate about helping people.

Kelsey Beichner, MS, CCC-SLPKelsey Beichner, M.S. CCC-SLP earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Speech-Pathology and Audiology in 2013 and Master of Science in Speech Language Pathology in 2015 from Clarion University of Pennsylvania. She worked for 3.5 years in a skilled nursing facility in Erie County working with both long term residents and short term rehabilitation patients with the following disorders; dysphagia, aphasia, Cardiovascular Accident, Traumatic Brain Injury, dementia, cognitive communication deficits, and expressive and receptive language disorders.
Kelsey is certified in PENS (patterned electrical neuromuscular stimulation), sEMG (surface electromyography), and VitalStim- NMES (neuromuscular electrical stimulation). Kelsey recently completed coursework in the McNeill Dysphagia Therapy Program in pediatric feeding. She began working for CRS, Inc. in February of 2019 as Director of Speech Therapy. Being from the Clarion area, Kelsey enjoys working in the small community as it creates a feeling of family, a connection to her roots. |
Emily Bish, MOT, OTR/LEmily earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science and a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Saint Francis University in Loretto, PA. She began working at Clarion Rehabilitation in 2011 and has been the Director of Occupational Therapy since 2017.
Emily treats a variety of diagnoses; however, she specializes in Lymphedema Therapy. She states that watching a person progress from dependence to independence and living their life normally is the reason she became an OT. In her spare time, she enjoys watching sports, reading, and being with her family. |
Amy Bradley, COTA/LAmy is a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant at CRS. She has 20+ years of experience as a COTA/L and has worked at CRS since 2007. Amy works primarily in the Clarion Hospital; working with patients in the Acute Rehab Center, swing bed program, and the acute hospital.
Amy enjoys working in this community, caring for people she knows and being able to give back to her community. Amy received her Associate of Science in Occupational Therapy Assistant degree from Clarion University- Venango Campus in 1998. Amy enjoys cooking, camping, and spending time outdoors. |
Jessica Cartia, MS, LAT, ATC
Jessica Cartia is BOC-certified and PA-licensed. She graduated from Clarion University in 2021 with a Bachelor's of Science in nutrition and fitness. She then graduated in 2023 with a Master's of Science in athletic training from PennWest-Clarion.
Jessica is the trainer at Keystone High School. She has a passion for conquering the new challenges faced daily. She enjoys providing emotional and physical support to young athletes during the highs and lows, allowing them to return to the sports they love. In her free time, Jessica enjoys spending time with friends and family, working out, and enjoying the outdoors. |

Nolan Conner, COTA/LNolan Conner is an Occupational Therapy Assistant at Clarion Rehabilitation Services. Nolan fulfills roles at Clarion Rehab including: Industrial therapy, ergonomics, and body mechanics training, upper extremity injury rehabilitation, and upper extremity orthotics fabrications/training.
Nolan attended Clarion University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. He then went on to Pennsylvania State University and received his Associate of Science degree as an Occupational Therapy Assistant. Nolan has been practicing at Clarion Rehab since 1994. Nolans personnel goal for his patients is to make a positive change towards restoring hope and function following an injury or surgical procedure. Nolan has chosen to remain in the small town of Clarion with the intent to make a difference in the lives of friends and family he has known his whole life. Working in a small community provides a safe and secure environment with a full expectation of accountability. Outside of work, Nolan likes to spend time with family, Church friends, and explore the outdoors. |
Christian Cyphert, PT, DPT
Christian always had a passion for sports and activity. He got into this profession in hopes of helping others who felt the same way. He enjoys treating his own community members , ailing with various conditions, in order to maximize their physical potential and improve their life's quality.
Christian received his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Slippery Rock University in 2019. He went on to receive a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from SRU in 2022. He tries to spend his free time with family and friends. He loves to be outdoors golfing, hunting, snowboarding and hiking with his new wife and dog. |
Amy Diehl, PT, MPTAmy Diehl earned both her Bachelor's degree in Health Science and Master's degree in Physical Therapy from Nazareth College in Rochester, NY. Amy has been practicing as a physical therapist since 2002. She began working at Clarion Rehabilitation in 2006 and has recently taken on the role of Director of Physical Therapy.
Amy treats all conditions, however, she specializes in pelvic floor physical therapy, treating incontinence and pelvic pain disorders. She loves to teach people about how their bodies work and how they can take control of their symptoms. She says that watching patients transition from injury to function is awesome. Amy chooses to practice in a small community because she is providing treatment to friends and neighbors. Interactions with a patient and his or her family members often occur outside of the clinic and there is a sense of community in the care being provided. In her free time, Amy enjoys traveling, walking, cooking, and reading. |
Allison Harriger, PT, DPT
Allie Harriger is a licensed physical therapist. She graduated from Slippery Rock University, where she obtained her doctorate in physical therapy. She is also a graduate of Clarion University with a degree in biology. Her professional interests include orthopedics, vestibular therapy and manual therapy. She has a passion for working with the geriatric population.
Allie grew up in Clarion County and went to Clarion Area High School. Her personal interests include horseback riding, kayaking, hiking, travel and spending time with friends and family. |
Karen Hazlett
Karen Hazlett is an administrative assistant at Clarion Rehabilitation Services. She also uses her 20 years of marketing experience to help the clinic with social media, advertising and brochures.

Courtney Holland, PT, DPTCourtney Holland began her career as a physical therapist in 2015 after earning her Doctorate from Slippery Rock University. She gained valuable experience working for an outpatient physical therapy clinic in Washington D.C. before returning home to the Clarion area, where she was born and raised, to work for Clarion Rehab in 2018.
Courtney enjoys treating all types of conditions, utilizing the whole scope of PT practice. She feels that treating such a diverse range of patients allows her to "think outside the box" and continue to learn. Courtney also enjoys her role as a Credentialed Clinical Instructor mentoring physical therapy students as they complete clinical rotations. Courtney earned both her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science in 2012 and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2015 from Slippery Rock University. Kim Kahle is a Physical Therapy Assistant at Clarion Rehabilitation Services. She has 22+ years of experience practicing as a PTA. Kim specializes in acute care rehabilitation at Clarion Hospital. She also assists with outpatient therapy.

Emily Lubas, MS, LAT, ATC, PESEmily Lubas specializes in Athletic Training at Clarion Rehabilitation Services, Inc, and is contracted to Clarion-Limestone High School. Emily joined the staff at Clarion Rehab in 2016.
Emily is a BOC certified and PA licensed athletic trainer. She attended Clarion University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies with a concentration in Athletic Training, as well as received a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from California University of Pennsylvania in 2012. Then she received her Master of Science in Exercise Science and Health Promotion with a concentration in Rehabilitation Science from California University of Pennsylvania in 2013 while she completed her athletic training internship at Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. Emily is also a NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES), and certified in Technica Gavilan. She says her passion for athletic training comes from seeing her athletes that she works with come back from injuries to feel better, and get back to the activities they love to do. Emily says treating patients in a small community means that as an athletic trainer, she is part of a close-knit community. It allows her to get to know her athletes not only in the clinical setting, but also as part of the community as well. By being among the community, she can build trust and better relationships with her patients in order to treat their injuries more effectively. In her free time, Emily enjoys hanging out with friends and family, hunting, fishing, being outdoors, working out, playing with her cat and dog, and watching Netflix. |
Carmen Pastor, MS, LAT, ATC
Carmen is a BOC-certified and PA-licensed athletic trainer. She graduated from Clarion University with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Fitness with a concentration in pre-athletic training. In 2023, she graduated from Penn West University with a Master of Science in Athletic Training.
"I love being there for my athletes from start to finish," Carmen says. "It brings me joy watching my athletes return to the sport they love after an injury. " In her spare time, Carmen enjoys spending time with her friends and family, reading, and watching football and hockey. She also enjoys camping, fishing and working out. |
Henry Peters, PTAHenry Peters is a physical therapist assistant at Clarion Rehabilitation Services. Henry has been a part of this team since 1997. He has a passion for providing a high level of care to each of his patients in order to aid them through their recovery process. Henry's years of experience enable him treat a multitude of different and sometimes challenging diagnoses.

Nicholas Popoleo is from Marienville and now lives in Franklin with his fiance.
He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in rehabilitation science from Clarion University in 2019. He received his Doctorate in occupational therapy from Slippery Rock University earlier this year. It has been his passion to pursue a career in occupation therapy to help others get back to their daily lives and participate in the activities that mean the most to them. Nick has a special interest in neurological conditions and hand therapy. In his spare time, Nick enjoys archery, weight lifting and spending time with friends and family. He is excited to be a part of the CRS team and meet new clients. |
Justin Radaker, PT, DPTJustin Radaker is a physical therapist at Clarion Rehabilitation Services and facility director at Clarion Rehabilitation and Aquatic Therapy. He splits time between providing outpatient PT at the Clarion outpatient clinic and aquatic therapy at the YMCA.
Justin is experienced in evaluating and treating musculoskeletal injuries and neurological impairments of all kinds. He utilizes current research-based treatment methods with a focus on manual therapy techniques for joint/spinal manipulation and specific individualized exercise prescription. Justin strongly believes in the notion that exercise is medicine, and he enjoys his role in helping people overcome pain or injury through use of exercise, both on land and in water. Justin graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2014 with his Bachelor of Science degree in Rehabilitation Science and a certificate in pathokinesiology. He then went on to earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Chatham University in 2016. |

Steve SeifertSteve Seifert specializes in Athletic Training at Clarion Rehabilitation Services, Inc, and is contracted to Clarion Area High School. He joined the Clarion Rehab staff in 2019.
Steve is BOC certified and PA licensed athletic trainer. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Heidelberg University in 2017. He is in the process of completing his Master’s of Science in Athletic Training from California University of Pennsylvania, and has completed internships at both Brownsville Area School District and Clarion University. He is passionate about giving hope back to those that think their season or sports career is over due to an injury. Being a sense of safety and confidence helps to relax everyone. Steve feels that treating athletes in a small town/rural area is working to be the guy that everyone can trust to get the job done and everyone knows will help. Lauren Thompson-Bartolin, PT, DPTLauren is a physical therapist at Clarion Rehabilitation Services. She began working at CRS in 2020. Lauren splits her time treating patients at both our outpatient clinic and Clarion Hospital. She appreciates the challenge of working in two different settings, believing it makes her a more well-rounded clinician.
