Seth Babington, PT, DPT

Seth Babington, owner and president of Clarion Rehab Services, is a physical therapist who leads his exceptional team by example. Since purchasing the company in 2017, Seth continues to work as a physical therapist treating patients at the Clarion outpatient clinic, Clarion hospital, Semeyn Family Practice (New Bethlehem clinic), and the aquatic therapy clinic located in the YMCA.

After spending over 20 years practicing physical therapy, Seth understands what it takes to help patients recover from pain or injury. He considers himself a "generalist" who treats all types of patients with a variety of conditions such as concussions, low back pain, orthopedic injuries, joint replacements, strokes, and vestibular disorders to name a few.  Seth finds it personally rewarding to use his education and professional skills to help someone through his or her rehabilitation process. 

Seth earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Sport Science from Slippery Rock University in 1995 and his Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Wheeling Jesuit University in 1997. Seth then went on to receive his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Wheeling Jesuit in 2008. 

In his free time, Seth enjoys spending time with his family and friends, mountain biking, exercising, going to the beach and amusement parks with his family, and hosting cookouts.

Amy Diehl, PT, MPT

Amy Diehl earned both her Bachelor's degree in Health Science and Master's degree in Physical Therapy from Nazareth College in Rochester, NY.  Amy has been practicing as a physical therapist since 2002. She began working at Clarion Rehabilitation in 2006 and has recently taken on the role of Director of Physical Therapy. 

Amy treats all conditions, however, she specializes in pelvic floor physical therapy, treating incontinence and pelvic pain disorders. She loves to teach people about how their bodies work and how they can take control of their symptoms. She says that watching patients transition from injury to function is awesome. 

Amy chooses to practice in a small community because she is providing treatment to friends and neighbors. Interactions with a patient and his or her family members often occur outside of the clinic and there is a sense of community in the care being provided.  In her free time, Amy enjoys traveling, walking, cooking, and reading.

Courtney Holland, PT, DPT

Courtney Holland began her career as a physical therapist in 2015 after earning her Doctorate from Slippery Rock University.  She gained valuable experience working for an outpatient physical therapy clinic in Washington D.C. before returning home to the Clarion area, where she was born and raised, to work for Clarion Rehab in 2018.  

Courtney enjoys treating all types of conditions, utilizing the whole scope of PT practice. She feels that treating such a diverse range of patients allows her to "think outside the box" and continue to learn.  Courtney also enjoys her role as a Credentialed Clinical Instructor mentoring physical therapy students as they complete clinical rotations. 

Courtney earned both her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science in 2012 and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2015 from Slippery Rock University.  Outside of work, Courtney likes participating in recreational sports, hiking, mountain biking, and reading.

Justin Radaker, PT, DPT

Justin Radaker is a physical therapist at Clarion Rehabilitation Services and facility director at Clarion Rehabilitation and Aquatic Therapy.  He splits time between providing outpatient PT at the Clarion outpatient clinic and aquatic therapy at the YMCA.  

Justin is experienced in evaluating and treating musculoskeletal injuries and neurological impairments of all kinds.  He utilizes current research-based treatment methods with a focus on manual therapy techniques for joint/spinal manipulation and specific individualized exercise prescription.  Justin strongly believes in the notion that exercise is medicine, and he enjoys his role in helping people overcome pain or injury through use of exercise, both on land and in water. 

Justin graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2014 with his Bachelor of Science degree in Rehabilitation Science and a certificate in pathokinesiology.  He then went on to earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Chatham University in 2016.

Tyler Renninger, PT, DPT

Tyler Renninger is a physical therapist at Clarion Rehabilitation Services.  He is a recent graduate who began working at CRS in 2019. Tyler completed multiple internships as a student in orthopedic outpatient clinics learning from certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialists.  He is able to use his valuable experience to treat patients at our Clarion outpatient clinic.

Tyler draws his passion for practicing physical therapy from his own personal perspective as a patient. Multiple injuries throughout his years of playing high school sports gave Tyler insight into the value PT provides for patients which lead him to pursue a career as a physical therapist. Tyler has a special interest in treating orthopedic injuries and helping people return to sports, work, and recreational activities. 

Tyler received his Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Physical Therapy from Mount Aloysius College in 2016 and then went on to earn his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Saint Francis University in 2019.  Outside of work, Tyler enjoys hunting, fishing, riding his four-wheeler, and traveling.

Henry Peters, PTA

Henry Peters is a physical therapist assistant at Clarion Rehabilitation Services. Henry has been a part of this team since 1997.  He has a passion for providing a high level of care to each of his patients in order to aid them through their recovery process. Henry's years of experience enable him treat a multitude of different and sometimes challenging diagnoses. 

Henry is proud to be practicing in a small community because he knows that at Clarion Rehab he is able to provide patients with more one-on-one, personalized care that is just as good, if not better, than they might receive in a larger urban facility. 

Henry attended Pennsylvania State University where he received his Associate of Science in Physical Therapist Assistant degree.  In his free time, Henry enjoys hunting, fishing, sports, and outdoor activities.

Jill Rankin, PTA

Jill Rankin is a physical therapist assistant at Clarion Rehabilitation Services.  She has 20+ years of experience practicing as a PTA and has worked at CRS since 2000.  Jill finds it rewarding to be a part of an individual's recovery process.  Knowing where the person started, helping them to overcome challenges, and enabling them to successfully reach their goals is what continues to drive her passion for physical therapy. 

Jill has happily called this area home for most of her life. She chooses to treat patients in Clarion because it provides her the opportunity to meet new people from her community and also reconnect with familiar faces. 

Jill attended Pennsylvania State University where she received her Associate of Science in Physical Therapist Assistant degree. In her free time, Jill enjoys family time, bicycling, hiking, kayaking, and traveling.

Ragina Whitling, PTA

​Ragina Whitling is a Physical Therapy Assistant at Clarion Rehabilitation Services, Inc. She started at Clarion Rehabilitation Services in 2002 and had 17 years of experience as a PTA.  

It’s a pleasure to Ragina to work in a small community where she has the opportunity to get to know her patients and their families on a more personal level. She not only gets to see her patients achieve their goals inside the clinic, but also sees them functioning more independently within the community. 

Ragina attended Pennsylvania State University where she received her Associate of Science degree in Physical Therapist Assistant. Outside of work, Ragina enjoys running and  spending time with family and friends.

Sarah Seth, PTA

Sara Seth is a Physical Therapist ASsistant at Clarion Rehabilitation Services. She has been practicing as a PTA since 2007 and has been working at CRS since 2008. Sarah specializes in manual therapy utilizing her certificate in Massage Therapy. 

Sarah has a passion for improving quality of life for others. She enjoys working in a rural setting because she sees it as a way to give back to her community and make an impact on those that live in the area. 

Sarah received her Associate of Science in Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Butler County Community College. She also holds a certificate in Massage Therapy.   In her free time, Sarah enjoys gardening, beekeeping, and hunting.

Tara Kotchey, PTA

Tara Kotchey is a Physical Therapist Assistant at Clarion Rehabilitation Services. 

Tara enjoys the ability to expand her knowledge in physical therapy each day and interact with new faces. She strives to help her patients get back to their normal lives and recreational activities. 

Tara earned her Associate Degree in Applied Science of Physical Therapy Assistant from Butler County Community College. Tara also received certification in Massage Therapy from Butler Community College. 

In her free time, Tara enjoys spending time with family and friends, hunting, and attending Pirate baseball games.

Katie Kline, PTA, LMT

​Kaitlyn Kline is a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant who specializes in acute care at Clarion Rehabilitation Services. She also holds a license in Massage Therapy and specializes in manual techniques. Kaitlyn is passionate about therapy because it gives her the opportunity to better a patient’s quality of life. To Kaitlyn, treating patients in a small rural setting means positively impacting the lives of people in her community. 

She attended the University of Pittsburgh at Titusville and received her Associate Degree of Science Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant, graduating in the class of 2012. She obtained her Massage License at Butler County Community College in 2018. In her free time, she likes to explore the outdoors, garden, and play with her dogs.

Kim Foringer, PTA

Kim Foringer is a Physical Therapy Assistant at Clarion Rehabilitation Services. She has  22+ years of experience practicing as a PTA. Kim specializes in acute care rehabilitation at Clarion Hospital. She also assists with outpatient therapy. 
Kim enjoys meeting and connecting with people from all aspects of the community. She finds it rewarding to improve the quality of life of patients through physical therapy. 

​Kim is a graduate of Penn State Dubois, where she received her Associate of Science degree  in Physical Therapist Assistant. During Kim’s free time, she enjoys running, biking, spending time with family, and attending her children’s sporting events.

Emily Bish, MOT, OTR/L

​Emily earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science and a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Saint Francis University in Loretto, PA. She began working at Clarion Rehabilitation in 2011 and has been the Director of Occupational Therapy since 2017.

Emily treats a variety of diagnoses; however, she specializes in Lymphedema Therapy. She states that watching a person progress from dependence to independence and living their life normally is the reason she became an OT. In her spare time, she enjoys watching sports, reading, and being with her family.

Erica Chandler, MOT, OTR/L

Erica is a Registered Occupational Therapist at Clarion Rehab Services. She began working at CRS in 2019 in the outpatient clinic; working with patients with a variety of upper extremity diagnoses. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Rehabilitative Sciences with a concentration in Developmental Disabilities from Clarion University and her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Shenandoah University in Leesburg, VA. 

Erica chose a career in occupational therapy in order to help individuals regain their independence after experiencing an illness or injury, as well as, be able to create individualized treatments based upon their personal interests and needs. Outside of work, Erica enjoys traveling, being active and spending time with her family.

Abigail Zyhowski, MOT, OTR/L

Abby is a Registered Occupational Therapist at CRS, and joined our team in 2018.  She works primarily in the Clarion Hospital; working with patients in acute care, inpatient rehab, and the swing bed program.  

​Abby received her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and also achieved a minor in Psychology and American Sign Language.  She graduated from Saint Francis University in May 2018.  Abby enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and crafting.

Nolan Conner, COTA/L

​Nolan Conner is an Occupational Therapy Assistant at Clarion Rehabilitation Services. Nolan fulfills roles at Clarion Rehab including: Industrial therapy, ergonomics, and body mechanics training, upper extremity injury rehabilitation, and upper extremity orthotics fabrications/training. 

Nolan attended Clarion University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. He then went on to Pennsylvania State University and received his Associate of Science degree as an Occupational Therapy Assistant. Nolan has been practicing at Clarion Rehab since 1994. Nolans personnel goal for his patients is to make a positive change towards restoring hope and function following an injury or surgical procedure. 

Nolan has chosen to remain in the small town of Clarion with the intent to make a difference in the lives of friends and family he has known his whole life. Working in a small community provides a safe and secure environment with a full expectation of accountability. Outside of work, Nolan likes to spend time with family, Church friends, and explore the outdoors.

Amy Bradley, COTA/L

Amy is a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant at CRS.  She has 20+ years of experience as a COTA/L and has worked at CRS since 2007.  Amy works primarily in the Clarion Hospital; working with patients in the Acute Rehab Center, swing bed program, and the acute hospital.

Amy enjoys working in this community, caring for people she knows and being able to give back to her community.  Amy received her Associate of Science in Occupational Therapy Assistant degree from Clarion University- Venango Campus in 1998. Amy enjoys cooking, camping, and spending time outdoors.

Kelsey Beichner, CCC-SLP

Kelsey Beichner, M.S. CCC-SLP earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Speech-Pathology and Audiology in 2013 and Master of Science in Speech Language Pathology in 2015 from Clarion University of Pennsylvania. She worked for 3.5 years in a skilled nursing facility in Erie County working with both long term residents and short term rehabilitation patients with the following disorders; dysphagia, aphasia, Cardiovascular Accident, Traumatic Brain Injury, dementia, cognitive communication deficits, and expressive and receptive language disorders.

Kelsey is certified in PENS (patterned electrical neuromuscular stimulation), sEMG (surface electromyography), and VitalStim- NMES (neuromuscular electrical stimulation). She began working for CRS, Inc. in February of 2019 as Director of Speech Therapy. Being from the Clarion area, Kelsey enjoys working in the small community as it creates a feeling of family, a connection to her roots.

Sarah Confer, CCC-SLP

Sarah Confer, MS, CCC-SLP began her career as a Speech-Language Pathologist working with a pediatric population before obtaining a permanent position at Clarion Rehabilitation Services in August 2018. She earned her undergraduate degree in Molecular Biology from Clarion University in May, 2001. She then returned to Clarion University where she obtained her Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology in December, 2016. 
She is experienced in in treating receptive and expressive language disorders, articulation/phonological disorders, apraxia of speech, fluency disorders, and augmentative and alternative communication. She enjoys working with the pediatric population and collaborating with caregivers and other professionals to ensure a successful outcome in therapy.

Kari Best, DAT, LAT, ATC

Kari Best specializes in Sports Medicine at Clarion Rehabilitation Services, Inc. Kari joined Clarion Rehab in 2014, and took over as Director of Sports Medicine in 2016.
Kari is a BOC certified and PA licensed athletic trainer. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2010, Master of Science degree in Sports Coaching with a concentration in Volleyball from the United States Sports Academy in 2012, and Doctorate in Athletic Training from A.T Still University in 2018.
Kari is passionate about helping the local athletes and physically active people who are suffering from an injury get back to the activities they love. As a physically active person herself, Kari understands how much of a struggle it can be when you cannot do what you enjoy. Being able to assist her patients, and see them able to return to their activities is as exciting to her as it is her patients.
Kari has had the privilege of treating athletes in other areas, but being in a smaller community the relationships built with the patient are more one-on-one. Kari’s patients are the athletes you watch on Friday night, or that friend running in a 5k. She states that sometimes when you are in a larger area, and seeing more patients you lose the ability to get to know your patients on a more personal level. She finds that when you get to know your patients on a deeper level you treat them with more efficiency, and have a better understanding of their goals for their recovery.
In her free time, Kari enjoys running, spending time with family, friends, and her two puppies Kali and Ace. She also loves to travel, and have the chance to see new places especially when it involves a beach. ​

Emily Lubas, MS, LAT, ATC, PES

Emily Lubas specializes in Athletic Training at Clarion Rehabilitation Services, Inc, and is contracted to Clarion-Limestone High School. Emily joined the staff at Clarion Rehab in 2016. 
Emily is a BOC certified and PA licensed athletic trainer. She attended Clarion University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies with a concentration in Athletic Training, as well as  received a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from California University of Pennsylvania in 2012. Then she received her Master of Science in Exercise Science and Health Promotion with a concentration in Rehabilitation Science from California University of Pennsylvania in 2013 while she completed her athletic training internship at Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. Emily is also a NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES), and certified in Technica Gavilan.
She says her passion for athletic training comes from seeing her athletes that she works with come back from injuries to feel better, and get back to the activities they love to do. 
Emily says treating patients in a small community means that as an athletic trainer, she is part of a close-knit community. It allows her to get to know her athletes not only in the clinical setting, but also as part of the community as well. By being among the community, she can build trust and better relationships with her patients in order to treat their injuries more effectively.
In her free time, Emily enjoys hanging out with friends and family, hunting, fishing, being outdoors, working out, playing with her cat and dog, and watching Netflix. ​

Shianne Donovan LAT, ATC

Shianne specializes in Athletic Training at Clarion Rehabilitation Services, Inc. and is contracted to Keystone High School. She joined Clarion Rehab staff in 2020. 
Shianne is BOC certified and PA licensed as an athletic trainer. She attended Slippery Rock University for her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training in 2020. 
She is passionate about helping people, especially students, through what seems like the most difficult periods of their life. She loves to educate people on how to best protect themselves from injury as well as promoting an atmosphere that is caring, positive, and effective. She enjoys practicing in smaller settings due to the level of trust that can be gained between provider and patient as well as the improved patient care that can be provided. 
In her free time, Shianne loves to spend time outdoors doing things like hiking, kayaking, and soaking up the sun when she has the chance. She also loves her dog, Nalla, and enjoys spending time with her family.

Steve Seifert,

​Steve Seifert specializes in Athletic Training at Clarion Rehabilitation Services, Inc, and is contracted to Clarion Area High School. He joined the Clarion Rehab staff in 2019. 

Steve is BOC certified and PA licensed athletic trainer. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Heidelberg University in 2017. He is in the process of completing his Master’s of Science in Athletic Training from California University of Pennsylvania, and has completed internships at both Brownsville Area School District and Clarion University. 

He is passionate about giving hope back to those that think their season or sports career is over due to an injury. Being a sense of safety and confidence helps to relax everyone.  Steve feels that treating athletes in a small town/rural area is working to be the guy that everyone can trust to get the job done and everyone knows will help. That is the person Steve says he is looking to be.

In his free time, Steve enjoys working out, cars, the outdoors, snowboarding, adventure books, “who done it” books, and cooking.

Ben Crawford

Ben Crawford specializes in Athletic Training at Clarion Rehabilitation Services, Inc, and is contracted to North Clarion High School. He joined the Clarion Rehab staff in 2019. 

Ben is BOC certified and PA licensed athletic trainer. He attended Clarion University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies with a concentration in Athletic Training, as well as received a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from California University of Pennsylvania in 2019. Ben is also Nationally Registered Emergency Medical Technician and is an EMT for Clarion Hospital. 
​
His passion is to help student athletes get back onto the field or court after sustaining an injury.  Ben says in a small community or rural setting everyone knows everyone and everything about each other. They help look out for each other. For Ben, keeping parents and coaches knowing what is going on is very important to him. 
In his free time been enjoys fishing, hunting, traveling, surfing and hiking.

Rona Bowser

Rona Bowser is an administrative assistant at Clarion Rehabilitation Services and has 25 years of experience. 
Rona is a graduate of Keystone High School. Outside of work, she likes to bake, and is an active member in her church where she spends a lot of her time in the nursery.

Marcy Graf

Marcy Graf is an administrative assistant at Clarion Rehabilitation Services.  She also holds a position as a Patient Service Representative for Bay City Orthocare. With that position, Clarion Rehab is able to offer our patients and community a wide variety of braces, splints, crutches, walkers, and custom orthotics and prosthetics.
Outside of work, Marcy enjoys motorcycling with her husband, spending time with family, and traveling.

Jill Gilbert

Jill Gilbert is an aide at Clarion Rehabilitation Services. Jill has been a familiar face at Clarion Rehab for many years.  She helps out from all aspects of clinical care ranging from assisting with exercise to management of facility. She is known as the “Jill of all trades” at the clinic. 

​Jill enjoys the closeness of working with people in a small community. In her free time, she enjoys kayaking, playing cards, walking the dogs, and visiting the beach.
